The required service personnel depends on the overall depth of the event such as passed hors d’oeuvres, plated service, length of event, etc. Travel time for personnel and set up will be included.
We can arrange for all of your rental needs; including tents, chairs, tables, lighting, heaters, air conditioning as well as specialty linens, china, silverware, glassware, etc.
A $500.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. An additional non-refundable 25% is due when signing the contract. The final payment is due 10 working days before your event date. The final guest count is due 15 working days prior to your event. A decrease in the number of guests after the final count has been determined will not be accepted. The number of guests may be increased.
All prices are based on a 100 guest minimum. Prices are subject to change until the contract is signed. Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated and is the full discretion of the client. Please add to final bill. All prices quoted without applicable sales tax.
