Catering Styles

We can customize your catered serving options anyway you like, but to make it as affordable and easy as possible, we have three serving options: Casual, Standard and Formal. Please go to our Basic Rental Fees /disposables listing for pricing relating to all disposable eating & serving utensils as well as disposable chaffing dishes. China and silverware are optional.

  • Casual Style- If you prefer to keep it as affordable as possible and don't choose either of the other options, Chef's Catering will provide your feast in disposable serving pans, no eating or serving utensils are included.

  • Add disposable utensils- If you would like, we can provide disposable eating and serving utensils for $ 1.25 per person.
    If you need disposable chaffing dishes as well, please add $ 7.50 per chaffing dish.

  • BEST VALUE! Standard Catering Style This is the style Chef's Catering suggests for business breakfast & lunches. Elegant but not overdone.
    This is an upgrade from the Casual Style and includes formal chaffing dishes and buffet table linens as well as nice disposable utensils including plates, cup, knifes forks, spoons and napkins. ($1.75 per person)

  • Formal Style- This includes decorative chaffing dishes, as well as china, silverware, glassware cloth napkins, linens and customized table dĂ©cor arrangements. (Price will be determined by event.)
